- Lyrics, audio, video, music, performances, and content delivered by embedded third-party players.
- Logos, trademarks, and branding owned by KAMITSUBAKI, THINKR, or other rightsholders.
- Material marked “rights reserved” or “used with authorization.”
- Text from another website, publication, or author that is offered under different terms.
- Site source code and software files in the repository.
Third-party text under other licenses
Text copied, translated, or adapted from a third party remains under its original license. Affected entries should identify the source page, attribution, and changes; that material is not automatically upgraded to this site’s 4.0 license.
Contributions
The contribution interface does not currently obtain a blanket CC license. Material submitted by another contributor is covered by CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 only when the rightsholder separately gives clear permission or the relevant license is recorded on the entry. Otherwise, the contributor retains their rights.
Other notices
Facts, public-domain material, and uses permitted without authorization by law are not additionally restricted by this notice. Licensed material is provided as-is without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Publicity, privacy, trademark, and other rights may still restrict a particular use.
