PALOW. is an illustrator and character designer from Fukuoka Prefecture, active under the name PALOW. since 2011. He gained recognition in 2013 with the “Mushi Meka Shoujo” (Insect Mecha Girl) series, which was later used in a 2016 HAL vocational school television commercial.

Within KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, PALOW.’s most significant contribution is serving as the character designer for KAF and Rim — two of the studio’s foundational virtual singers.
